Fish and seafood are low in calories: it contains even less calories than low-fat chicken or any other meat. By its nutrient value this fish competes with the best meat. However, unlike the meat, the rockfish is digested easier and faster, this is why it is widely used in the diets and the children’s menu.

Scallop is a seafood dietary product.
